Returns

ALL sales are final. Exchanges are offered only for damaged or defective products. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Damaged of defective items must be un-used, un-washed, and unaltered in any way. Please take a photo of the item, and email us at kaybulco@gmail.com along with screenshot of your receipt.
 
Shipping

Kaybul operates in Canada, duties and taxes vary based on each individual countries customs policies. Cost of duties and taxes, are not included in the final price. To get more insight, contact your local customs office to get more information of what duties fees you may face with items coming from Canada. Once sent, International orders may take up 14 business days to arrive.
